1. Prepare all ingredients.

9. Add the meat slices and stir-fry for a while, then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and continue stir-frying. If you like it to be cooked a little more, stir-fry for a while longer. If you like the refreshing taste, you can sprinkle it with chopped green onions before serving.
