How to make black sesame nut bread rolls

2.1 Let the dough ferment for about 2 hours until it does not bounce back when you poke a hole with your finger. (As shown in Figure 2)

3.2 Put all the ingredients (except sugar and salt) into the bread machine and mix into a smooth dough, then add salt and sugar. Because salad oil is used, it should also be added at the beginning so that it can be better mixed with the flour. Use the 2nd mixing program for 40 minutes. When the dough is pulled apart to form a thin film that is not easily broken, take it out and knead it into a smooth dough. Continue to put it in the bread machine and use its fermentation program to ferment. (As shown in Figure 1)

4.1 Take a dough, roll it into a rectangle, and apply the filling on the surface (before applying the filling, make sure the dough and the chopping board are not sticky, don't remember to do it after applying it, it will be troublesome. You can also turn the dough over and apply the filling. As shown in Figure 4)

5.2 Degas the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts (as shown in Figure 3)

6. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape and pinch both ends tightly (as shown in Figure 5)

7. Use a cutting knife to cut 2 cm from one end (as shown in Figure 6)

8. Cut and cross-twine to form a twist shape, place in a warm place and ferment until it doubles in size. (Figure 7)

9. Preheat to 175 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes.
