7. Let it cool to room temperature (it is not very hot after pounding for so long). Then add a spoonful of salad dressing, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. If you don’t have any, just use ordinary black pepper. It doesn’t make much difference. Don’t put hot salad dressing in, otherwise it will not taste good.
