How to make mango, white fungus and lotus seed soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients, including soaked white fungus, lotus seeds, mango and honey.

2. Remove the old roots of Tremella fuciformis and break it into small pieces.

3. Break the white fungus into small pieces and put them into the cooking pot.

4. Add lotus seeds. (I used coreless lotus seeds, which I did not soak in advance and did not need to be cored)

5. Add clean water to the cooking pot, and make sure to add lotus seeds and white fungus. (Add enough water at once)

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.

7. After cooking for about an hour and a half, the Tremella has become gelatinous, turn off the heat.

8. When the Tremella has cooled to about 30 to 40 degrees, put it in a bowl and add a large spoonful of honey for seasoning. (The honey has been in the refrigerator and has crystallized a bit, but it doesn’t matter)

9. Wash the mango, peel it and cut it into small pieces

10. Put the cut mango directly into the white fungus.
