How to make vegetarian fried noodles

1. Prepare fresh noodles

2. Cut the cabbage, carrots and soaked black fungus into shreds

3. Cut the green onions into sections and set aside

4. Put a spoonful of salt in the pot, add three or four drops of oil, add enough water and boil.

5. Add the noodles and spread them with chopsticks.

6. Bring to a boil over high heat

7. Add half a bowl of cold water

8. After boiling again, add half a bowl of water and boil again. Turn off the heat when the noodles become soft.

9. Drain the noodles and mix well

10. You can rinse the noodles with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.

11. Put a proper amount of oil in the wok, turn the wok to make the oil evenly slide over the inner wall of the wok, and pour out the excess oil.

12. Heat the oil until it is about 70% hot, pour in the shredded cabbage and carrots and stir-fry

13. When the cabbage and carrots are cooked, add the black fungus

14. Stir-fry quickly

15. Add the cooked noodles

16. Stir-fry quickly with chopsticks

17. Add appropriate amount of salt, a spoonful of braised soy sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a spoonful of oyster sauce.

18. Continue to stir-fry until each noodle is coated with the sauce.

19. Add chopped green onion

20. Stir-fry for another two or three minutes and then turn off the heat.

21. Remove from the pan and serve

22. Although it is completely vegetarian, it is still so delicious that it makes you want to chew your tongue

Eating fast food frequently is not good for your health and can easily lead to obesity. The method of vegetarian three-shred fried noodles is convenient and healthy. It is recommended to add more vinegar. Eating more vinegar and less salt is the key to staying healthy.
