Materials

Main ingredients: 50g starch (tapioca starch), 50g water (boiling water), 10g brown sugar. Auxiliary ingredients: 5g black tea, 80g evaporated milk, 10g instant coffee, 3 sugar cubes, 300ml water.

1. Prepare all materials

Pour the tapioca starch into a large glass bowl, and pour the brown sugar water into the tapioca starch (pour a little sugar water, stir it with your hands, do not pour all the sugar water at once, pour it little by little, add sugar water if it is dry, add tapioca starch if it is wet, adjust it by yourself)

3. Repeat the process until you can knead the dough with your hands.

4. Pour a small amount of tapioca starch into a glass bowl, rub a little at a time into a ball, and put it into the glass bowl containing tapioca starch to coat it with starch.

5. Bring a pot of water to a boil, pour the pearls into the pot and cook for 20 minutes. After cooking, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

6. Prepare a bowl of cold water; after stewing, filter out the pearls and pour them into the cold water, so that the pearls will be chewy

7. (Making milk tea) Bring 300ml of water to a boil; pour the black tea into a glass bowl, add 250ml of boiling water, and stir slowly with a hand whisk for about 1 minute. Sieve the tea into another container

8. Pour 50ml of boiling water into the coffee, then add sugar cubes and stir with a manual egg beater until the sugar cubes are completely dissolved.

9. Pour coffee and 60g evaporated milk into the black tea water and stir evenly with a manual egg beater

10. Pour the milk tea into the measuring cup and use it to fill the cup about 70% to 80% full.

11. Take out the pearls and pour them into the milk tea

12.20g evaporated milk, use a milk tea frother to make milk foam for about 3 minutes

13. Pour the whipped milk foam directly onto the milk tea

Ingredients: 30g seedless melon pulp, 20g pineapple jam, 10g milk, etc. Method 1. Squeeze the watermelon juice and pour it into a cup. Add a little water to the pineapple jam (because it is too sweet, rinse it with water) and squeeze the juice. 2. Take a clean cup and fill it with ice cubes. When all the above materials are prepared, pour out all the ice cubes in the cup and slowly pour the milk into the glass. It is best not to pour it on the wall of the cup. 3. Then use a bar spoon to slowly drain the watermelon juice into the cup, and finally drain the pineapple juice into the cup. This way, the layered drink is ready.
