14. When it is almost done, carefully remove the fish and place it on a plate covered with celery leaves.

15. Add chicken stock and a little salt to the soup for seasoning

16. Pour the soup over the fish and add some chopped green onions to garnish (only garlic should be used as an ingredient in the pot, and the others can be left out, which makes it look more beautiful)
