Ingredients: Noodles 1-2 eggs according to personal appetite

1. Cut a small head of cabbage (you can use baby cabbage or cauliflower) into strips, wash it with water and set aside. Wash the green onion and cut it into shreds. If you like to eat vegetables, you can put more, because the vegetables will become sticky after being fried for a while.

2. Turn on low heat, put a small amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, stir-fry for a few times until the aroma comes out, then pour in the cabbage, turn up the heat slightly, continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is sticky, then add two drops of soy sauce and a small amount of salt.

3. Add some water to the pot, the amount of water should cover the cabbage. If you like soup, you can add more water. Cover the pot and wait for the water to boil.

4. After the water boils, add the noodles and eggs. . Use chopsticks to spread out the noodles. If you don’t like eating the whole egg yolk, you can also split the egg and scatter it into the soup for a better taste.

5. After the noodles become soft, use chopsticks to break them and check whether there is a white center. If there is no white center, they can be served. Taste the soup before serving and add salt according to your personal taste. . After the flavor is adjusted, it can be served. It's very simple~

Method 2

Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, oil, chopped green onions, boiling water, salt, a small amount of MSG. Method: 1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use. Do not throw away the skin. 2. Beat the eggs and spread them into an omelet over low heat. Use a spatula to break it up and set aside. Do not fry the omelet for too long and do not let it turn into a golden color and become old. 3. Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, put tomato skin and tomato pieces into the pot and stir-fry until red soup comes out. Press the tomatoes with a spatula while frying to try to get more soup out. 4. Add boiling water according to the amount to be consumed and continue to boil. 5. Turn on the water and then add it. 6. When the noodles are almost cooked, add the chopped eggs. 7. Add salt and a small amount of MSG and three to five drops of sesame oil before serving.

Tips : 1. The eggs must be fried first; 2. It is best to separate the skin and flesh of the tomato, so that the tomato juice can come out completely and make the hot soup more delicious; 3. Be sure to add some chopped green onions to the hot oil and add a few drops of sesame oil after serving. (People in Northeast China love to eat green onions, so many dishes are added with green onions, which can make the dishes very delicious. Green onions themselves are good for the body, especially for people with colds. Sesame oil is even more indispensable~)
