The simplest Northeastern hot soup noodles

Northeastern hot soup noodles are a common and simple noodle dish. Because the Northeast region is relatively cold, drinking a bowl of hot soup noodles in winter is very good for dispelling the cold and keeping warm. There are many ways to make hot soup noodles. If you don’t have time at work, you can make it simpler. Fewer ingredients are needed. For example, you can prepare noodles, an appropriate amount of eggs and some other ingredients.

The simplest Northeastern hot soup noodles

Ingredients: noodles, eggs, salt, MSG, sesame oil, old ginger slices. Method: 1. Wash and cut appropriate amount of shallots into chopped green onions, mash two eggs, add salt to the egg liquid, and chop a piece of old ginger slices; 2. Pour oil into the pot, pour the egg liquid into the hot oil and stir-fry into egg flowers, then serve; 3. Pour another piece of oil, heat the oil and sauté the chopped ginger, pour in the chopped shallots and stir-fry, pour in the egg flowers and stir-fry for a while; 4. Then add water to cook it until it is tasty (the water can be slightly more than when making soup). It can be cooked for about five minutes, then poured into a noodle bowl, and added salt, MSG and sesame oil. Search 5. Put water in another pot to boil noodles. When the noodles are cooked, serve them in a bowl with chopped green onion and egg soup, sprinkle with coriander, and it smells delicious!

Method 2

Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, oil, chopped green onions, boiling water, salt, a small amount of MSG. Method: 1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use. Do not throw away the skin. 2. Beat the eggs and spread them into an omelet over low heat. Use a spatula to break it up and set aside. Do not fry the omelet for too long and do not let it turn into a golden color and become old. 3. Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, put tomato skin and tomato pieces into the pot and stir-fry until red soup comes out. Press the tomatoes with a spatula while frying to try to get more soup out. 4. Add boiling water according to the amount to be consumed and continue to boil. 5. Turn on the water and then add it. 6. When the noodles are almost cooked, add the chopped eggs. 7. Add salt and a small amount of MSG and three to five drops of sesame oil before serving.

Tips : 1. The eggs must be fried first; 2. It is best to separate the skin and flesh of the tomato, so that the tomato juice can come out completely and make the hot soup more delicious; 3. Be sure to add some chopped green onions to the hot oil and add a few drops of sesame oil after serving. (People in Northeast China love to eat green onions, so many dishes are added with green onions, which can make the dishes very delicious. Green onions themselves are good for the body, especially for people with colds. Sesame oil is even more indispensable~)
