9. Prepare some chopped green onions.

10. Put oil in the bottom of the pot, turn to low heat after the oil is hot, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, and a little oyster sauce. Stir fry a few times and turn off the heat.

11. Spread the fried garlic evenly on the scallop meat.

12. Cover with lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 5 minutes.

13. Remove from the pan and place on a plate, garnish with a little green onion leaves.

14. It’s big enough and looks appetizing.
