How to make spicy beef jerky

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The method of making the spicy and flavorful beef jerky pot is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. 1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into strips and place them in a plate with clean water for later use.

6. Wash, peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Peel and cut the garlic into small slices. Put them in a bowl for later use.

7. Wash and cut the green onions into two parts: the white part and the green part.

8. Wash the beef cut from the market repeatedly to remove the blood, add appropriate amounts of ginger, onion, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, sugar, and pepper oil, stir evenly, and marinate for about 50 minutes.

9. Cut the dried chili into sections and place them together with the spice bag, star anise and Sichuan peppercorns for later use.

10. Wash the green peppers and chili peppers, then cut them into small pieces for later use.

11. Put appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and bring it to a boil.

12. Add carrots and fry.

13. When the surface of the carrots is fried to a bumpy texture, place them on a plate and set aside.

14. After the crude oil in the pot is heated, pour in the bell peppers and fry them.

15. When the surface of the bell pepper is fried and wrinkled, place it on a plate and set aside.

16. After the crude oil in the pot is heated, pour in the chicken leg mushrooms and fry them.

17. When the chicken leg mushrooms are fried until soft and turn yellow, place them on a plate and set aside.

18. After the crude oil in the pot is heated again, add the green beans and fry.

19. When the surface of the green beans is fried into wrinkles, place them on a plate and set aside.

20. When the crude oil in the pot is almost used up, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, bring it to a boil, then add the drained potato strips and fry them.

21. When the surface of the potatoes is fried crispy, place them on a plate and set aside.

22. Pour the marinated beef into boiling oil and fry it.

23. When the beef is fried into golden brown, put it into a bowl and set aside.

24. Pour a large amount of oil into another pot and heat it.

25. After the oil is heated, add spices, star anise, peppercorns, and dried chilies and stir-fry.

26. After frying until fragrant, add ginger, onion, garlic, green pepper and chili pepper and continue to stir-fry.

27. After sautéing, add a spoonful of bean paste and a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma.

28. After sautéing the bean paste and Lao Gan Ma, pour in the beef and stir-fry together.

29. After stir-frying for ten seconds, add potatoes, bell peppers, carrots, coprinus comatus and green beans and stir-fry quickly and vigorously.

30. After stir-frying for 20 seconds, add appropriate amounts of thirteen spices, chicken essence, pepper powder, curry powder and cumin powder while stir-frying.

31. Stir-fry until evenly fragrant, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.

32. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and chopped green onions evenly everywhere.

33. Just like that, the delicious and spicy dry pot beef is ready!
