How to cook beef brisket with potatoes and carrots

1. Prepare two tomatoes, make a cross on them, put them in boiling water, soak for 2-3 minutes, and peel them. (One of the tomatoes is for the omelette.)

2.1 Wash carrots and onions. Chop carrots into small dices. Cut the onion into 15cm pieces and cut it into two halves. Cut the rest into chopped green onions.

8.1 Heat the pan with cold oil and add potato cubes.

9.2 Throw away the scallion segments and ginger slices. Put the beef brisket on a plate or a bowl, and also collect the broth as it will be used later.

10. Fry the potatoes until golden brown. The outer skin is slightly burnt. This way it tastes delicious and won’t get mushy and melted, making the pot sticky. Serve on a plate.

11. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the diced tomatoes, cook over high heat for about one minute, then pour in a spoonful of tomato sauce and a tablespoon of white sugar. Then turn to medium heat.

12.12 When the tomatoes are almost half melted, pour in 100 ml of wine. boil.

13.21 After boiling, pour in onions. Cook until onions become slightly translucent. Turn to medium heat.

14. Pour in the beef brisket. Make sure it is evenly coated with tomato sauce.

15. Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry over medium heat for about a minute.

16. Pour in the broth just poured in until it covers the beef brisket. If it is not enough, add water. However, if you add water, you need to add salt and sugar accordingly.

17. Add 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons soup, and 1 tablespoon pepper. Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes.

18. Add carrots. Continue to simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

19. Pour in potatoes and continue to simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. If the juice has been absorbed, you can add some water, try the taste, and then add appropriate salt and sugar.

20. After stewing, add chopped green onion. Leave a few grains to sprinkle on top.

21. It may look like the portion is small, but it is actually because the bowl is so deep.

22. I also made a rice that looks like a sunflower and Ultraman, but is actually just a simple smiling face. Haha, so happy, it’s delicious! The juice was all absorbed into the beef brisket, carrots and potatoes! Awesome!
