How to make Henan nut oil tea

1. Wrap the flour in a steamer cloth and steam it for 25 minutes. Then let it cool, crush it and sift it for later use.

11. Take about 3 teaspoons and dissolve it in water.

12. Bring to a boil over low heat and it will become thick oil tea. You can also rinse it directly with boiling water without cooking, but you must stir it constantly after rinsing it with boiling water until it is smooth and has no lumps. The thickness can be adjusted according to your preference

13. Pour the cooked oil tea into a bowl and sprinkle with the fried crispy gluten bubbles. Enjoy.
