How to make safflower stewed rice with vegetables and seafood

1. Round-grain rice, saffron, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, chicken broth, prawns, potatoes, red, yellow, and green peppers, diced onions, salt, pepper, chicken stock, curry powder, olive oil, and sweet and sour mustard sauce.

2. Peel the shrimp, leaving the head and tail, remove the shrimp intestines, wash them, and skewer them with bamboo sticks for later use.

3. Soak the saffron in a small amount of warm water and set aside.

4. Heat a wok, add olive oil, and stir-fry onion and garlic.

5. After the aroma comes out, pour in the rice and stir-fry over medium heat until the rice turns white.

6. After the rice is fried, pour in the clear chicken soup.

7. Pour in the soaked safflower water.

8. Bring to a boil over high heat and sprinkle in a little pepper and salt after cooking for two or three minutes.

9. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

10. Heat another pan, add olive oil and stir-fry the diced potatoes.

11. After stir-frying the diced potatoes until golden, add the diced onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry evenly.

12. Then sprinkle in an appropriate amount of curry powder and stir well. After the curry powder turns into yellow oil, sprinkle in a little pepper powder.

13. Finally, season with salt and chicken essence, stir well and serve.

14. Marinate the prawns with a little salt.

15. Use a spoon to scoop the cooked rice into the mold on the plate and smooth it out.

16. Arrange the fried vegetables around the edges.

17. Spoon a little sweet mustard sauce onto one end of the plate.

18. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the prawns.

19. Take out the bamboo sticks and place the shrimps on the rice.

20. Serve with white wine.
