How to make rice cake and braised duck

1. Cut the rice cake into strips about 6 cm long and 1.5 cm wide

5.2 Use a large spoonful of light soy sauce, a small spoonful of dark soy sauce, a small spoonful of oyster sauce, and 1/4 spoonful of sugar to make juice for later use

6. After braising, take out the duck, drain the brine and let it cool. Put a little oil in the wok, heat it to 40-50%, put the braised duck skin side down, fry the duck over medium-low heat until the oil comes out and the skin becomes crispy, then turn off the heat.

8. Use the remaining oil from frying the duck to fry the rice cake strips

9. Put the rice cake in a small casserole with green onions as the bottom, add the brine to cover the rice cake, and turn down the heat to simmer for about 10 minutes after the brine boils.

10. Place the duck skin side up on the rice cake and add marinade to cover the duck. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.

11. Evenly pour the juice on the surface (4)

12. After boiling, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions
