How to make pea and carrot rice

1.1 Dice carrots and sausage.

2.2 Wash the peas with water and peel the carrots.

3. Pour cooking oil into the pot (a little more than usual for stir-frying), add minced ginger and stir-fry, then pour in carrots and stir-fry.

4. Stir-fry the carrots for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the peas, add soy sauce and a small amount of water, add more salt than usual for stir-frying, and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Wash the rice and put it into the pot. Add water to 1/2 of the original amount of steamed rice because there will be soup in the dish.

6. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the cooked dish before serving, then spread it evenly on the rice and finally top it with sausage cubes.
