How to make chive wontons

People cannot live without food, clothing, housing and transportation every day, which are the most basic things, especially "food", which is related to human life and death. 1. Choose a piece of pork with 30% fat and 70% lean meat, chop it into minced meat, wash the leek sprouts, cut them into fine pieces, mince the ginger, add salt, a small amount of soy sauce, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, a little water, and stir into stuffing.

2. Wonton wrappers (I bought them ready-made, but you can also make them yourself)

3. Take a wonton wrapper, pick up the mixed meat filling with chopsticks and put it on the narrow end of the wrapper, roll it up and wrap it.

4. After wrapping the wontons, use an egg to make the egg skin and set it aside to cool. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water boils, use a large spoon to stir the water into a vortex shape and then slowly put the wrapped wontons in. Cover the pot and boil, pushing it with a large spoon from time to time in the middle. After the water boils, do not cover the pot and add cold water to cook until the wontons swell up. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, seaweed, shredded egg skin, etc.
