How to make shrimp, chive and pork dumplings

1. Remove the shrimp thread from the leeks, pork and shrimp and chop them into small pieces

2. First add the seasoning and stir the meat, then add the chives and stir evenly

3. Add water, salt and flour to knead into a dough of moderate hardness for 10 minutes.

4. Knead the sugared dough into strips and cut into small pieces.

5. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a skin that is thick in the middle and thin on the edges.

6. Put the stuffing into the rolled dumpling skin and wrap it into dumplings.

7. Arrange the wrapped dumplings with some space between them.

8. Put water in the pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, and cook for seven or eight minutes before eating. I didn't add water in the middle, so the dumplings don't stick to the pot. If you don't want the pot to stick, you can take off the lid for a while and then cover it again.
