Take the corresponding mold, cut the two cake slices slightly smaller, put one of them into the mold, pour in the yogurt mousse paste (half the amount of the mold), gently shake out the air, put it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, then put the other cake slice on the refrigerated mousse, pour in the remaining mousse paste (fill the mold), and then put it in the refrigerator.

11. Fill the heart-shaped mold completely with mousse paste, and pour the round mold about 80% to 90% full, leaving space for the mirror surface.

12. Use a small Savaren cake mold to prepare the remaining mousse paste. Pour the mousse paste in first, and then place a piece of cake on top that can cover the mousse paste.

13. If you need to make a mirror-like cake, wait until the top of the mousse paste is completely solidified, then cut the strawberries into thin slices and arrange them on the mousse paste.

14. Soak the gelatin sheets in advance, take a small bowl, pour in a little water, add about 10g of fine sugar, then drain the soaked gelatin sheets and put them in water, heat them in water until they are completely melted and mixed, take them out and slowly pour them on the cake with strawberries, and finally continue to put them in the refrigerator to refrigerate. After it is completely solidified (about four hours or more), you can use a hair dryer to remove the mold.

15. If desired, squeeze whipped cream on the sides for decoration (whip the cream with the remaining granulated sugar in advance until 80% to 90% hard).

16. Use a hair dryer to demould the small mold and place it on a plate upside down.

17. Decorate with cream and fruit.

18. The demoulding of the heart-shaped mold is the same as that of the round one. Finally, you can decorate it as you like.
