1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator, wait for the butter to soften, put it in a large bowl and beat it with a whisk for 1-2 minutes until the texture is smooth and uniform.

2.1 Add the beaten egg liquid three times, beating each time until the egg and butter are completely blended before adding the next time, until it is completely mixed and the butter becomes fluffy cream.

3.2 Add vanilla seeds and mix well, then add 40g of sugar and 1g of salt in two batches, stir well with a whisk for about 2 minutes

4.1 Use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and butter thoroughly.

5.2 Sift in low-gluten flour

6.1 Roll it into a cylinder with your hands, wrap it with wax paper, and freeze it for 1 hour

7.2 Put the dough in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Place the refrigerated dough on wax paper.

8. After taking out the hard dough from the freezer, use a brush to brush an appropriate amount of egg white on the surface of the cylinder.

9. Roll evenly with white sugar or brown sugar

10. Use a knife to cut the dough into biscuits about 1 cm thick. Let it warm up slightly.

11. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes until the center is slightly yellow and the surrounding areas are baked.
