5. Optional (personal preference): When the steak is about to be served, if you like a strong flavor, you can add Anchor butter and fry it for a while. Remember not to add the butter too early, as it will easily burn and become mushy.

6. Optional: Remove from heat and let sit for 3 minutes. (Add some shredded broccoli and carrots that have been boiled in water in advance) Place on a plate and pour black pepper sauce on top.
