5. Take another pot, add pure milk, whipped cream, and 20 grams of sugar, heat over low heat until boiling, pour almond milk into the pot and stir evenly.

6. Pour the melted agar solution into step 5 and stir evenly.

7. Pour into a square container with a lid, let it cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours

8. Boil the remaining 100ml of mineral water and 10g of sugar, add the sugar osmanthus and stir evenly, turn off the heat, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator

9. Take out the almond milk jelly that has solidified into blocks and cut it into small cubes with a knife

10. Place the chopped almond tofu in a bowl and pour the cold osmanthus syrup over it.
