How to make red date, oatmeal and milk steamed buns

As competition becomes increasingly fierce, more and more people are working overtime, and they just eat whatever they want as a meal. If this continues for a long time, there may be problems with their health. In fact, the method of making red date, oatmeal and milk steamed buns is simple. Even if you have little time, you might as well make them at home.

1. Put the yeast into warm water at about the same temperature as your hand and wait for it to form a full layer of bubbles! Heat the milk, add white sugar and oatmeal and soak for a while. After softening, pour into a blender, add chopped red dates and beat into a paste!

2. Pour the flour into a large bowl, add yeast soaked water, stir with chopsticks, add milk and oatmeal paste, continue stirring, when it becomes floc-like, take it out and put it on the chopping board and knead it into a smooth dough. If it feels dry, add a little water; if it feels wet, add some flour! After kneading, put it into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment until it doubles in size!

3. This is what it looks like after fermentation! I used the oven to make it today!

4. Take out the risen dough and continue kneading it until there are no holes when you cut it.

5. Then divide it into squeeze pieces of about 60 grams each! Roll into a ball! Put it in the steamer! Brush oil on the bottom of the pan first! Wake up twenty-five minutes! Look, the squeezing device is obviously bigger! You can start firing! This is what it looks like to wake up!

6. Put the pot on the stove with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, steam over medium heat for 18 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for three to five minutes, then open the pot! The big fat guy is coming out!

7. This is the internal organization! Dense and elastic! Does it feel like cake? Slightly with a hint of sweetness! Delicious!

8. Line up and wait to be led!

To prepare the red date, oatmeal and milk steamed buns, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
