You can add a small amount of soy sauce to color it, but if you add too much, it will not be red. If it turns black, it will not look good. I did not add soy sauce this time. 3. Cooking wine, green onion and ginger are essential to remove the fishy smell of shrimp. 4. The shrimp shells and shrimp heads prepared in this way can be eaten to supplement calcium.
