4.2 Peel the pork belly and chop it into minced meat.

5.1 Wash the beans and blanch them in boiling water until they change color and are about 70% cooked; remove from the water and immediately rinse with cold water to keep them green, then drain and set aside.

7. Chop the beans and put them into the meat filling. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and continue to beat until the meat filling is firm.

8. Knead the relaxed dough a few more times and cut into small pieces.

9. Roll out the dumpling skin, wrap the fillings in it, and pleat it into a crescent-shaped dumpling.

10. Heat water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the raw dumplings and cook until done. Remove from the pot.
