1. Soak glutinous rice for 8 hours

2. Add a little salt and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for two hours

3. Debone and cut chicken legs into pieces

4. Add soy sauce, salt, a little sugar, pepper oil, oyster sauce, green onion and ginger and marinate for 2 hours

5. Rinse the fresh zongzi leaves with running water

6. Overlap the two sheets, slightly staggered, and roll them up.

7. Put a spoonful of glutinous rice at the bottom

8. Put a spoonful of mushroom chicken in the middle

9. Put another spoonful of rice on top to cover the chicken, leaving a margin of about 2 cm

10. Use a spoon to compact the rice and press down the edges as shown.

11. Fold both sides down to the middle and tie them up with ropes.

12. This amount can be packed with about ten pieces
