1. Minced beef, chives (minced meat can be replaced with minced meat or omitted)

2.1 Shredded cabbage, minced beef, green onions, salt, chicken essence, pepper, and chili oil. Add more if you like spicy food. Mix well

3.2 Cut the cabbage into shreds and dry it. It must be dried or it will release water.

4. Add warm water to the dough and knead it into dough. Let it sit for 20 minutes before kneading it again. This way the dough will be smooth and kneaded more evenly.

5. Spread the cabbage filling evenly. If you like eggs, put one in. Fold the four sides to prevent water leakage.

6. Then fold it three times as shown in the picture, pat the air inside with your hands, shake it slightly, and steam it for 15-20 minutes.
