6. Cook for 15 minutes and turn off the heat. If possible, do not eat it immediately. It is best to let it cool down completely and then turn on the heat to heat it up when you want to eat it. This step can make the curry as flavorful and delicious as if it has been cooked slowly for a long time. If you don’t want to wait, it is recommended to cook it for 10 minutes longer.
