If you buy the kind of very thick spinach, you can put the stems in the pot and cook for a while, then mix in the leaves; finally squeeze out the excess water, which means to squeeze out the water outside the spinach, not to squeeze out the water contained in the vegetable itself like beef jerky, I am so bad at expressing myself, you know)
