3.121 Add dry yeast, salt, sugar and maltose into the flour and mix well.

15. Roll up the dough with your hands, and then roll it into an olive shape.

16. Use a rolling pin to roll the cheese dough into an oval pancake shape again.

17. Sprinkle sausage cubes evenly on top and press them with your hands to make them stick firmly.

18. Place the dough in a baking tray, sprinkle with red pepper diced, and press lightly with your hands to make it stick firmly.

19. Give the dough a final fermentation.

20. When the dough has fermented to twice its original thickness, use a spray bottle to spray mist water on it.

21. Then place the baking tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake at 220 degrees with upper and lower fire. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and then take it out.

22. At this point, the cheesecake is ready.

23. Place the cheesecakes on a wire drying rack and let them cool for a while before eating.
