The method of making fried dace patties is not as difficult as everyone thinks. Prepare the necessary things first, then start following the steps, and remember to control the heat well.

3. After the water boils, pour in a little light soy sauce, stir well and serve. (If there is too much water at this time, you can use cornstarch to make thickening)
