How to make simple butter pancakes

I looked up the dictionary and found that semolina is called coarse wheat flour in Chinese. I don’t know where to buy it in China, but in New Zealand, all major supermarkets have it, in the bulk food section)

6. Pour the dough out and fold it slightly with your hands (again, don’t over-knead the dough)

7. Then flatten it slightly (it should be about 1.5cm thick, it will grow taller when baking)

8. Use a mold or cup to carve out the shape, fold the remaining noodles together and carve again until all the dough is done (I made 12)

9. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

10. Place in preheated oven for about 15 minutes
