8. Start the bread machine to knead the dough. Add butter and lemon zest after 15 minutes. Add raisins soaked in rum 5 minutes before the end of kneading.

9. During the first fermentation, use flour on your hands to poke a small hole in the dough. The dough should not shrink.

10. Apply butter on the inside of the Guguhoff mold, sprinkle with almonds, put the dough into the mold, and ferment it twice. I fermented it in a greenhouse.

11. The mold is 18 cm, and there is some dough left. Divide it into 3 portions, 63g each, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

12. Put the three doughs into the paper cup mold, and ferment them in the oven at 36°C for about 50 minutes.

13. After the bread has fermented, brush the surface with egg liquid, preheat the oven to 170℃, and bake.

14. After taking it out of the oven, immediately turn it upside down on the baking rack to cool. Brush with butter

16. The baking temperature of these three breads is preheated to 160℃ and the baking time is 13 minutes.
