12. Wrap with leek and tofu filling.

13. After closing the edge, turn it face down. Flatten slightly with your hands.

14. Wrap them one by one.

15. Preheat the pan and brush a layer of oil. Put in the wrapped cake, cover with lid and fry over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.

16. After the bottom is fried, turn it over and continue to fry with the lid on for 2 to 3 minutes.
