How to fry peas, a variety of delicious options for you to choose

1. Fried peas and carrots

Ingredients: 200g carrots, 200g peas, 2 slices of old ginger, 1 teaspoon (5g) salt, 1 teaspoon (5ml) balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons (30ml) oil.

1. Cut the carrots into pea-sized cubes. Then blanch the diced carrots and peas in boiling water for 1 minute and remove from the water.

2. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat until it is 70% hot, add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the blanched carrot cubes and peas, and stir-fry until cooked. Add balsamic vinegar and salt and stir-fry evenly.

2. Stir-fried beef with peas

Material:

250g fresh peas, 150g beef, 1 clove of garlic, 2 slices of fresh ginger, 2 fresh red peppers, 2 teaspoons (10ml) of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon (5g) of salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of pepper, 1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons (10ml) of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water starch, 40ml of chicken broth, 20ml of oil

practice:

1. Peel the fresh pea kernels from the pods and wash them; wash the beef and cut it into 0.5cm pieces; slice the garlic; cut the fresh red pepper diagonally into rings and set aside.

2. Add cooking wine, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of water starch (15ml) to the beef cubes, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Bring water to a boil over high heat, add pea kernels and blanch for 30 seconds, remove from the pot and soak in cold water to cool, remove from the pot and drain for later use.

4. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat, add garlic slices, fresh ginger slices and small red pepper rings and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry for a while. Add pea kernels, light soy sauce, chicken broth and water starch and stir-fry evenly. Drizzle with sesame oil.
