5. Move the dough to the chopping board and add salad oil; (the dough is a little sticky at this time, don't rush to add flour, after adding salad oil, knead it a few times and it will no longer be sticky)

6. Knead into smooth dough

7. Weigh the dough and divide it into 10 portions. Divide the filling into 10 portions as well. The weight of the filling should be about 1/2 of the crust (depending on the size of your mold)

8. Take a portion of the crust, flatten it, pinch it thinly, and put in the fillings

9. Use the thumb to close the edge and pinch it tightly to prevent the filling from leaking out.

10. Roll it into a ball with your hands like you would a glutinous rice ball.

11. You can apply a layer of flour or some oil on the mold and dough to prevent sticking. I chose to apply some oil. Put the dough into the mold

12. Use your palm to flatten until the mold is filled.

13. Turn the mold over and tap it on the chopping board a few times, and the dough will come out.

14. The crystal cake is very soft when it is knocked out of the mold. Try not to pick it up with your hands, otherwise it will easily deform.

15. Put oil paper on the steamer (you can directly brush oil on the steamer instead of oil paper), and use a scraper to move the crystal cake into the steamer.

16. Boil a pot of water. After the water boils, put the crystal cake into the steamer and steam it on high heat for 6 to 7 minutes. (The time should be adjusted according to the size of the crystal cake you make)
