How to make Easy Bear Macarons

Remember that your body is your own, so you must control your mouth and spend more time doing it yourself. In order to help you do it more smoothly, I will first introduce the method of making the dish Rilakkuma Macaron.

1. Prepare the ingredients. If the almond powder you buy is not fine enough, you need to put it in a grinder and grind it into fine powder.

2.12 Sift together almond powder, cocoa powder and powdered sugar twice. (If the almond powder is not fine enough, it will be difficult to sift at this time...)

3.21 Beat the egg whites with a whisk, add fine sugar three times, and beat until they are dry and foamy, as shown in the picture: the egg whites stand up with a small vertical point

4. Add the sifted powder mixture into the beaten egg whites

5. Use a rubber spatula to flip or cut from the bottom and stir continuously until the powder and egg whites are fully mixed. Then put the egg white paste into the piping bag and squeeze it on the silicone mat.

6.1 Bake at 180 degrees for 6 minutes, and the macarons will have skirts. Then lower the temperature to 140 degrees and continue baking for about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in a box.

7.2 The silicone mat for making Rilakkuma macarons was purchased online. Since there is the seller’s logo on the silicone mat, I decided not to take a photo of the silicone mat to avoid suspicion of advertising. The photo was taken when making traditional macarons. Squeeze the batter and place it in a ventilated place to dry. After about two or three hours, the surface should no longer be sticky to the touch. Rainy and wet days will be postponed...

Beat 8.10g egg whites until wet foam stage, add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. If the frosting feels too thick, add lemon juice to mix. Take half of it and put it into the piping bag, cut a very small hole, and draw the nose of the bear.

9. Take the other half of the icing, pick up some black food coloring with a toothpick and stir, put it into the piping bag, and draw the eyes and nose of Rilakkuma

11. After drying, the frosting will be hardened when touched lightly and can be put into small packaging bags.
