How to make fruit toast

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. 1. Put the other ingredients in material A except unsalted butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and solid later, knead until smooth, then add butter and knead for 40 minutes for basic fermentation. Be careful not to put the yeast on the same side as the sugar and salt to avoid dehydration and inactivation of the yeast. After fermentation is complete, divide the dough into two equal parts, roll into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes. Take one of the doughs, roll it into a rectangular pancake, turn it over, and sprinkle it with the squeezed fruit filling. Make sure the fruit filling is squeezed dry.

2.1 Roll it up from top to bottom, pinch the seam, put it into the toast mold with the seam facing down, repeat the steps with the other dough and put it into the mold in parallel, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for a second time for about 30-40 minutes.

3.2 Take one of the doughs, roll it into a rectangular pancake, turn it over, and sprinkle it with the squeezed fruit filling. The fruit filling must be squeezed dry.

4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees 10 minutes in advance, put down the layer and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the mold immediately after baking. When it cools to slightly lower than the temperature of your hand, put it into a bag and store it to prevent dehydration.
