How to make egg toast

As someone who has been spoiled since childhood, you definitely can’t cook by yourself. When you grow up and go out, you also want to cook a dish by yourself. 1. Knead all ingredients except butter into dough.

2.1 Keep kneading until it is fully kneaded and cover with plastic wrap.

3.2 After kneading until elasticity forms, add butter and continue kneading.

4.12 Ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size.

5.21 Squeeze out the air in the dough, divide the dough into 4 parts, roll them into balls and let them rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

6. Take a proofed dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long strip.

7. Overlap the two sides.

9.Roll up the rolled dough from top to bottom. Be sure to roll it tightly.

10. Place the rolled dough with the seam facing down at the bottom of the toast box.

11. Carry out final fermentation. Let the dough ferment until it is 90% full in the toast box.

12. Put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes. Unmold while hot and place the toast on a cooling rack.
