6. Place them in molds at intervals and put them in the oven for secondary fermentation. The oven temperature should be about 40 degrees and continue to add hot water.

7. When the fermentation mold is 90% full (about 30 minutes), take it out and brush a little egg liquid on the surface. Bake: oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
