2. Open the dough and add raisins and walnuts

3. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape

5.Put the dough into a 450g toast mold

6. Ferment at 30℃ until the mold is 80% full

7. Sprinkle low-gluten flour on the surface

8. Bake at 210℃ for 20 minutes, turn off the upper heat, and bake for about 10 minutes.
