How to make sausage and cheese pizza

Twenty years ago, you wouldn't have chosen your own meals because the times didn't allow it. Twenty years later, you can choose your favorite meal, but you are too busy. But remember, don't let being busy take away your health. For the sake of health, please follow me to learn how to make sausage and cheese pizza

1. Mix the dough ingredients except olive oil, knead into a dough, and then add olive oil little by little;

2. Slowly knead the olive oil evenly into a smooth and uniform dough, and place it in a warm place to ferment;

3. Let the dough ferment until it doubles in size, deflate it and knead it into a ball;

4. Flatten and roll into a round cake (slightly larger in diameter than a pizza pan), cover with plastic wrap, relax for 15 minutes, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set;

5. While waiting, make the pizza sauce and chop the onion;

6. Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add onion and sauté until fragrant;

7. Stir-fry until the onion turns transparent, add tomato sauce and stir well;

8. Add a little dried herbs and pepper, continue to fry until the sauce is reduced, and set aside;

9. Remove the sausage casing, cut into thin slices, and cut other ingredients into shreds;

10. Take out the dough after it has been refrigerated and put a circle of mozzarella cheese on the edge and press it gently;

11. Pull up the edge of the dough and press it inwards to wrap the cheese shreds. Place it on an oiled pizza pan and use a fork to poke small holes in the dough.

12. Apply a layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/3 of shredded cheese;

13. Sprinkle with shredded mushrooms and onions;

14. Add sausage slices, green and red pepper shreds and corn kernels again;

15. Sprinkle the remaining cheese shreds on the surface and let it ferment for a final 15 minutes;

16. Preheat the Demonco DMK-45RCLF oven to 200 degrees. After preheating, put the pizza in the middle layer, bake at 200 degrees for the upper fire and 250 degrees for the lower fire, and bake for about 12 minutes.
