1. Prepare the filling.

9. Wrap into bun shape.

10. Put a proper amount of salad oil in the frying pan, put the buns into the pan, press them lightly, cover with a lid and fry slowly on both sides of the buns over medium-low heat until golden brown.

11. Fry one side for about 5 minutes.
