If the temperature is low in winter, you will need to put a basin of warm water underneath or directly put it into the fermentation gear of the oven for fermentation. In short, the standard for complete fermentation is that the volume is at least twice as large as the original.

10. Brush with egg wash.

11. Bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes.
