1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine (ACAMB600) and mix them automatically to make dough

2. The dough is stirred and fermented by a machine, and the whole process takes 90 minutes, and the dough becomes twice as fat

3. Divide into four parts and make an oval

4. After diagonal cutting

5. Roll out the shape. I made 8 in total, but only showed 6 of them.

6. Put it in the oven, set the temperature to 40 degrees, for about 10 minutes, second fermentation, and become fat again

7. Brush the surface with egg wash, put it in the middle layer of the oven (Changdi CK-25B), the temperature is 150 degrees, and it will take out of the oven in 10 minutes.
