How to make Sakura Cheesecake

4. Add whipping cream, milk and 20g of Dingli powder and stir to melt.

7. Divide the mixture in step 6 into two parts, one with matcha powder and the other without.

8. Pour the matcha powder into the mold, shake it to release the gas inside, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and do the same for the other one.

9. Pour in Sprite, add 10g Dingjili powder, melt in water, cool, and after refrigerating and solidifying in step 8, pour the Sprite into the mold, put in the cherry blossoms, and refrigerate.

10. Take it out from the refrigerator and the finished product is ready.
