Beef burger bun recipe

1. Soak the yeast in milk 10 minutes in advance, and then knead the dough with oil until it is almost complete.

2. Put it in a pot, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at 40 degrees

3. Up to 2-2.5 times larger

4. After the basic fermentation is completed, the dough is exhausted and relaxed for 20 minutes

5. After the dough is relaxed, divide it into 6 equal portions

6. Place the whole circle in a baking tray for a second fermentation until it is twice as large

7. After the second fermentation is completed, brush the bread with egg liquid (egg liquid outside the portion)

8. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds

9. Preheat the oven in advance, the temperature is 180 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes.

10. Chop the beef into minced pieces, chop the onion into minced pieces, put them together, add the eggs, cooking wine, salt and pepper, and mix well.

11. Add a little bread crumbs and corn starch (try to make it into a pancake shape)

12. Heat the mixture slightly, brush with a paper towel or brush, apply a little salad oil, take an appropriate amount of beef, spread it into a pancake and fry it over medium heat.

13. Remove from the heat until cooked through (keep turning the beef over to prevent it from getting burnt)

14. Cut the buns in half horizontally

15. Wash the lettuce and drain the water in advance, cut the tomato into slices and set aside, then stack the lettuce, tomato slices, beef patties, lettuce, and cheese slices in order, and finally put the other half of the bun in.
