They also contain trace elements such as calcium, iron, and zinc. Clams are delicious and have a tender texture. Clams can be eaten raw or steamed with eggs, or cooked with noodles. The method of making clam noodles is very simple, and you can match them as you like.

1. Clam Noodle Soup

1. Clean the clams and put them in a pot. Add water to cover the clams. Put scallion segments and ginger slices in the pot. Pour in a spoonful of cooking wine. Cover and cook over high heat. After the water boils, cook for about 2 minutes until all the clams' shells have opened. If some of them do not open, they are dead and can be discarded.

2. Take out the clams, set aside the water used to boil the clams, peel off the clam shells, leaving only the clam meat;

3. Add oil to the wok, sauté ginger, garlic and black beans, then add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry, add a spoonful of soy sauce to adjust the color, pour in the soup from boiling clams (note that the soup at the bottom of the pot should not be used, as the clams will sink to the bottom if they are soaked for a short time), bring to a boil over high heat, add leeks and clam meat, and add salt to taste;

4. Beat the eggs and pour them into the pot until they become egg drops, then turn off the heat;

5. When the noodles are cooked, take them out, rinse them with clean water, and then pour the sauce on them before eating.
