How to make Chinese cabbage and black fungus dumplings

2. Add salt, soy sauce, chopped green onion, pepper powder and vegetable oil to the minced meat and mix well (it is best to chop the minced meat yourself, I was lazy and bought ready-made ones)

3. Add chopped black fungus and mix well (the black fungus should be soaked in advance)

4. Chop the Chinese cabbage into small pieces but don’t put it into the meat filling yet

5. I don't have a juicer, so I use a soy milk maker to squeeze the washed and cut spinach into juice (add a little water)

6. Filter the squeezed spinach

7. Pour the spinach juice in while stirring the noodles with chopsticks until they become flocculent, then knead them into a smooth dough and set aside to rest for 20 minutes.

8. At this time, add the chopped cabbage to the meat filling, drizzle some sesame oil, sprinkle some MSG and mix well.

9. Knead the dough and cut it into small pieces

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round dough that is thick in the middle and thin on both sides.

11. Start making dumplings, cook them and enjoy them (add some salt to the water for cooking dumplings)
