9. When the time is almost up, you can try to lightly press the surface of the cake with your hand. If there is a slight "rustling" sound and the cake bounces back, it is cooked. But I still like to use a bamboo stick to test it. The test should be based on the fact that there is no wet and sticky cake batter on the bamboo stick. After taking it out, turn it upside down and let it cool immediately.
